You know, I rarely see where the quilts end up after they leave my studio, so it was a nice surprise to get an email from a past customer with a photo and a heartwarming story. She lovingly made a quilt top when she found out she was to be a Grandma, but never having made a quilt before, got stuck with how to finish the thing! The quilt languished for a year before Grandma decided to get help. In comes Wazoo to the rescue! I fixed the top, squared it up, picked a border and backing, quilted it and added the binding and a label. Little Presto loves his quilt, and Grandma is a star!
Having my job is sometimes frustrating, but moments like this make it all worthwhile.
