Storytelling Festival with quilts!

The festival went well, and the quilts were a hit with the patrons. We explained our own quilts and gave little lessons in quilt documentation to the people looking at the many old quilts. Kay and I had a workshop with little kids that was sponsored by the festival. The kids made paper quilt blocks and had a lot of fun cutting and pasting (and running around like silly bunnies). I really like hanging out at quilt shows. I met some very interesting people, and heard some wonderful storytelling. Well worth going again next year!
